This U.S based and international business services company wishes to appoint a commercially aware and highly professional Customer Account Executive - home based that possesses extensive experience from within a customer services or equivalent business services role.

Working closely with both the U.S and UK team, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of the company’s suppliers, tracking and obtaining key data and supplier transaction information.

As Customer Account Executive - home based, your duties will involve;

  • Contacting suppliers and gathering account appropriate account information and related data
  • Research and enquiry making
  • Information tracking
  • Database maintenance
  • Documentation and reporting
  • Undertaking a variety of ad-hoc projects

You’ll be a Customer Account Executive - home based able to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner, along with strong self-motivation, attention to detail and the ability to work well with the wider team, albeit remotely and from the comfort of your own home on a day to day basis. A strong understanding of MS Office and internet/email is also essential.
